Tell us what happened and your phone's model. Please don't send passwords or full card numbers.

Export your data

  1. 1Open Much and go to Settings.
  2. 2Tap Export.
  3. 3Choose what to include, then send it to yourself.

Delete your account

  1. 1Open Much and go to Settings.
  2. 2Tap Delete account and confirm.
  3. 3Everything you logged, your files and your sessions are removed within 30 days. If you can't open the app, email us from your account's address and we'll do it for you.

Stop sharing usage

  1. 1Open Much and go to Settings.
  2. 2Turn off Share usage. Much then sends no usage events at all.

Stop reading payment messages

  1. 1On Android: turn off automatic capture in Settings, or remove Much's notification access in your phone's settings.
  2. 2On iPhone: turn it off in Settings, or delete the automation in the Shortcuts app.

Yes. Much is free to download and free to use, with no card needed. If we ever add optional extras, logging stays free and everything you've set up stays yours.
